The Concerned Black Nurses of Central New Jersey (CBNCNJ) joined forces with fellow nurses from around the country at the 32nd Annual National Black Nurses Day on Capitol Hill.
The February 6th event was an opportunity to share our health care concerns with state and national congressional leaders.
Meetings included those with NJ Congressman Frank Pallone Jr., 6th District and aides to NJ Senator Cory Booker.
Gun violence, vaping, and HIV/AIDS were topics for discussion during the NBNA day.
