CBNCNJ Health Fair 2019

Join us on May 18th at St. Paul Baptist Church for the spring 2019 Health Fair.

Get Health Screenings performed by the Hackensack Meridian Health Community Outreach and Engagement Department and the Concerned Black Nurses of Central NJ. There is no charge for the screenings.

The Health Screenings include:

  • Blood Pressure
  • Cholesterol
  • Glucose
  • BMI
  • Stroke Risk Assessments

Presentations will include:

  • Opioid Dependency
  • Let’s Talk Suicide
  • Chronic Kidney Disease
  • Living with PTSD

St. Paul Baptist Church is located at 7 W. Highland Avenue, Atlantic Highlands, NJ 07716. Reverend Dr. Wilber A. Whitehurst is the Pastor.
