On October 24th, members of the CBNCNJ (Concerned Black Nurses of Central New Jersey) were able to have a conversation with Dr. Virginia Allen. She is a nurse and worked with Tuberculosis patients the historic Seaview Hospital in Staten Island, New York.

Dr. Allen was there at a time when there was no cure.
